Subscription Terms

This policy applies only to products you purchase on a recurring (subscription) basis. One-time purchases are not subscriptions and are never billed again.

What you are agreeing to

When you place a subscription order, you authorize MPower to charge your payment method:

the amount shown for the option you select, today; and
the same amount every 30 days thereafter, until you cancel.

The price, billing frequency, and the date of your first charge are shown on the product page before you place the order, and again on the checkout page before you pay. You must actively check the consent box to subscribe — subscriptions are never pre-selected.

Renewal reminders

We send an electronic notification to your email address 5 to 7 days before each scheduled charge, and a receipt after each successful charge. If your subscription term is annual or longer, we send an additional reminder before each annual renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no penalty:

from your account page on mpowerstore.co, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe; or
by emailing support@mpowerstore.co.

Cancellation stops all future charges. Orders already placed and shipped are handled under our Refund Policy. If you cancel before your next scheduled charge, you will not be charged again.

Changes to your subscription

You can change the quantity, frequency, or shipping address of an upcoming order from your account page, or by emailing us. Changes take effect from your next unshipped order.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we will attempt it again and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription is paused rather than silently cancelled, and we will tell you.
